Added some sort of shoutbox to the bottom of the index page. It's currently undergoing preparation and will be operational within six months.
Do you want the shoutbox to be available on every forum page (putting it into the footer) or only in the index forum list?
EDIT:
The main page and shoutbox header now also link to a standalone chat that the shoutbox connects to. Hooray!

The full chat page it's a chore to use because of the annoying leaves/enters messages.
