Mibbit gives met a 503.
I'll use the dependable PM system instead

Please elaborate on this Mibbit issue! Under what circumstances do you get the error? I didn't know the chat is inaccessible to people...

Are you using the Mibbit link from USP? That one doesn't work even for me, I get a black screen and nothing more.
Enter it from Mibbit itself instead (SynlIRC, channel #unrealsp)

Ever since the change it hasn't been accessible, and now it seems they're under service (something their site being under attack).

I think it comes down to this; should people be required to have forum access to take part in a mapping contest? It's about the levels, after all. That's just one guy's opinion.

Sorry for the double post, but just an update. Leo is apparently interested in the contest and will participate once he figures out what he wants to do. I'm sure we can find some way to accommodate a mapper willing to enlist in the contest, no matter who they are. If forum communication is an issue I'm sure someone can act as a information surrogate to make a page for his entry, via email or some such.

Alright! If someone in the community is willing to represent Leo in the contest, they can go right ahead. My stance on the matter should be just about hammered home by now, so we'll wrap this topic up.
