right now the vault has been locked due to issues and bugs

Yes.. the Vault is still closed afaik. Try oldunreal.com for example.. they have most of the (popular) packs.

I got those a few days ago, but it worked fine after a few minutes. It's not a serious malfunction IMHO.

I'm aware of this problem but I'm really not able to DO anything about it as I don't operate my own server. There's probably no need to keep reporting it in the mean time. As we know, the problem comes and goes and I will be more than aware of the problem if it becomes permanent.

I think we should keep reporting incidents in this thread. It could serve as a good issue tracker which could be useful to someone running the servers. At the very left, it could be grounds for Hellscrag to make a complaint and either get a free service upgrade or something else. If I was paying for a webhost and it had issues like this, no matter how small the website, I would be pretty pissed off. It's not exactly hard for a webhost to keep their shit running considering how many of them exist out there and how many of them never have any noticeable problems.

Waffnuffly is right, we can't just sit down on our backs without reporting nothing.
Entering UnrealSP.org seems to depend on luck to me, and it's getting even worse than before.

I was getting 404 all over the site today. It lasted for 1-2 minutes, and then site became accessible, very slow however. Now it works fine.
