If those are screenshots of the best areas, then I don't want to see the rest of them: that arcitecture is ugly as hell. There is no detail really (those doors and windows could do with trims) also, is this the mappack that has a mercenary base built out of Ancient.utx and NaliCast.utx?

The architecture quality varies. In some maps it is okay. This is one of the bad maps.

I remember this mappack (at least the pictures ring a bell)..
This is the first map and as such the repetition of the Tentacles isn't tedious yet (although it never becomes really irritating).
First of all, this should be played on Hard (at least) or Unreal (preferably) otherwise it's just too easy. Gameplay is better than architecture (luckily).
But it seems it left no lasting impression on me. Still I do remember that it wasn't rubbish at all, perhaps unpolished.

Very basic and with an incoherent theme. It does have a couple of hints of sophistication, such as the way it interlinks at various points, but not really enough, especially as it also has stuff like the strangely sized and dull elevator rides at the end.
