This is an amazing little map. The author had lots of cool ideas. I really like the atmosphere inside the building.
The beginning is a bit hectic though (not only because of the spare ammo). It's a pity that you cannot reach the end teleporter.

This level has some nice features, like the security cameras and relatively realistic look (at least inside), but it doesn't have much going for it outside of that. At least on normal I actually quite like the super-starved start; you can mostly pick your fights easily there and it fits the survival horror type starting atmosphere well. There should be some notification of which enemies drop stuff though, and I can see how it wouldn't work at all on higher settings. The whole place linking up at the end is nice, but I don't see why it made you walk all the way around again first (unless I missed something).
I actually think this was the first custom map I played with a Squid in it.
