What, did you miss Na Pali Haven?
Uhm yep. It seems that I need to replay through the whole game once again. Unreal does have town map, but it simply can't be compared to Illhaven.
Have somebobdy ever played UT_Illhaven? Once I voted for this mappack on 3's server, OMG it has load of monsters, can't forget that :O

Quite innovative approach to gameplay here as well as to story telling!
You can beat the map normal way (although as the map simply doesn't contain ammo pickups you'll soon find yourself loosing the battle) or sneak past most Krall patrols and sleeping guards. Really cool!
The storytelling - interesting, having the protagonist talk to himself instead of reading messages like 'been ambushed by Skaarj, they ripped us to shreds'
Also, the visuals are really enjoyable, although due to cramped nature of the maps it was hard to get 2 interesting shots.
Overally - cool pack, but I kind of don't get the map progression. Still, worth playing!

No... await the playthrough, maybe, or take a look in UEd.
Life is what you make of it.

In the playthrough I didn't realise I had restored my health, so I waited around for the fruits to grow despite it being pointless.
It's an interesting concept, but kind of blunted by the fact you can do fine just running around like a headless chicken (I think you start with weapons anyway too if you go from the first map), I'm not sure how Kew could get around that though without doing something that potentially makes it very frustrating. The non-linearity is pretty cool.

Illhaven still has one of the best villages in the Unreal world. Good build, but it's way too cramped, although I understand that you have to hide from the Krall.
The water segment was pretty annoying, because Biterfish were aggressive. Nice secret area though.
This is the least forgettable map of Illhaven in my opinion, simply for the gameplay concept which is different from the usual "dodge and shoot some weak Krall dudes".
I don't really like Illhaven, but I really liked the fact that the various Translator messages work as logs for Kew.
Well put, I have to agree with you this round, good synopsis.
Just ban everyone
