Chewing gum in an interview.
That video shows an early version of the SkyCaves' river area with the Manta in it (just like I pointed out in the trivia thread), editor view of an early EARLY Aztec and the weapon at the end is the "Napalm Gun" (GES with a different skin and shot bio orbs that caused Burning damage).

I wonder about how they connected each other on these Unreal Prototypes???
Gatekeeper? or maybe the -server command line...

Being for Unreal II, this picture isn't totally relevant, but it probably doesn't need its own thread:
I wouldn't have guessed that Legend initially went for a Skaarj that was both more and less faithful to the Skaarj warrior than what they would make later.

It's on an old copy of Legend's site that you can find with the Wayback Machine.

I am the Unreal archivist and historian. If you have something from the past of Unreal that I don't have, do tell.

Library Unreal.tlb couldn't be registered. What to do lol.
This is a later build than the big beta I suppose.

A private source offered it.
Run as administrator. I think it's an earlier build - the bigman is in this one, the Skaarj use impaler projectiles like in one of the 8xx builds, and it uses the old non-functioning HUD.

Yeah it's an older build, checked up back this morning and I was surprised how it ran without issues whatsoever.
Not many changes but Terraniux has actually the room with the Skaarj locked in that cylinder-shaped electric cage that's seen in the XMas trailer; the chamber itself is just separated from the rest and totally empty, feels like a room used for making movers.
