ONP Guy is the single most defined and interesting character of Unreal single-player for me. Jones is a close second, but I must say that I appreciated ONP Guy's stupid antics far more than the Jones saga cast. ONP Guy raised the pack's entertainment value at the expense of seriousness, while Jones saga voice casting felt more like the exact opposite, which I would've appreciated if some of these voices weren't so painfully forced to sound all gravelly and villainy. (Drago especially comes to mind.) In addition, I felt that the ONP voice casting was of far higher quality and, albeit very silly, more professional in general.

Drago's voice was probably the best in all the custom mappacks. Easily.
Rest is pretty much forgettable in my opinion.

Anyway, my favorite characters would be Prisoner 849, Damien, Dominator (the PS2 version), Xan (the first version), and the Scarred One. Ramirez is my favorite character to play as.

Spencer from Xidia: The Escape is definitely worth a mention. I love his voice and his personality, more than Jones actually.

Jones doesn't say much. James (eVOLVE) did both characters but I think Drago came out more natural. I asked him to use the Humungus (Mad Max 2) and Sopot from Red Faction 2 as a reference. Jones kinda came out sounding like Solid Snake for some reason.
Zynthetic and Red Raven have done some interesting voicework for Dead Cell and RD
