Is there a secret list for Operation: Na pali?

It's a good mod, very extensive and contains many Skaarj encounters, which are my favorites. I tried very hard to find all the secrets, but couldn't find all of them. Is there a secret list or something? Thanks in advance. Tried google without luck.

No.
Best you can do is type in the console:
1)mutate spyd00d
2)viewclass secretarea
Do #2 until you view all the SecretAreas in a map.

If you want to play a good, and especially hard mappack with Skaarj battles try Xenome first, then Zephon. ONP on Unreal difficulty is like playing these two mappacks on Easy or Medium.
Deja Vu 2 can be hard too.

Thanks! Yes ONP is too easy on medium. Deja Vu 2.0 seems to be OK though, maybe I should try higher difficulties.
