Greetings.
On regular Direct3D, skyboxes with masked textures look just fine.
However, on D3D9:
Please, any/all help fixing this. It's super ugly.

I figured it out! Apparently that bug is caused by S3TC textures.
Raynor of UT99.org:
So: if you're experiencing this, do the above, and it will go away.
Ivid: The map is DM-Autonomous. You can download it here: http://www.mapraider.com/maps/unreal-tournament/deathmatch/4748/DM-Autonomous. Have fun!
Raynor of UT99.org:
This usually happens if you're using S3TC versions of City.utx, ShaneSky.utx and SkyBox.utx from CD2 (suspect that, because you told it also happens on DM-Crane).
Take named three textures from CD1, copy those over current ones and see if problem persists.

Actually that problem happens all the time when UseS3TC is set to true even if you don't have the S3TC textures installed.
And as an added bonus if that is set to false ALL TEXTURES BEYOND 256x256 ARE MIPMAPPED TO 256x256!
