doublez-down's unofficial completion of Shamu's Quest

I just read the review of Doublez-Down's "Return the Heart", http://www.unrealsp.org/legacy/communit ... heart.html, and there it says in the first paragraph that the same mapper also created an unofficial completion of Chicoverde's classic Shamu's Quest pak. As far as I can tell neither the oldUnreal page (http://www.oldunreal.com/maps/single/) nor the UnrealArchives page (http://unrealarchives.com/authors/jean- ... rochefort/) include this completion in their downloads. The UnrealArchives descriptions say nothing about an unofficial completion, so one must assume that they're just offering Chicoverde's original releases; and I thought the OldUnreal archives , posted fairly recently (2013 and 2015) might be it, but no dice. I downloaded those archives and none of them have any non-Chicoverde levels.

So does anyone know where to find this unofficial completion pak?

The unofficial Shamu Quest revival was a project started by "Team SQ" sometime in 2010 with Doublez Downs as a mapper that was later on cancelled. The goal was to improve and expand Chicoverde's Shamu Quest adventure, but nothing ever became of it, unfortunately. The original thread was here:

OK, got it. Thx. Shame, that. Would've been great.

BTW, I noticed your sig and was glad to find that the somewhat depressing thread to which I contributed a rather measley two cents some time ago, http://www.oldunreal.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/ ... 28/158#158, turned out to have a subsequent happy ending! I've got an install question not covered in the readme but I'll start another thread for it.

Hehe, of course it had a happy ending! I never like to leave any project unfinished; especially not something I fully commit myself to like UnrealHD.

I responded to your other thread.
