It's raining content! UnrealSP.Org veteran Mman brings two new single-map reviews to the table, presenting Bafford's Manor and The Incident At Nali Canyons. At the same time, fresh-faced guest reviewer Delacroix makes his debut with a whole 3 articles by reviewing the maps Arachnopolis and Entrance to Cherokee Base as well as tackling the little-known behemoth that is Final Worlds.
Meanwhile, the 10th Anniversary Speedmapping Contest is brought to closure with the end of the 7-Day Community Vote period. The results of the community polls and comparisons to the judge scores have been added to the contest article on the main site. You can find them by following this here link.
But this isn't enough yet! Contest winner Turboman has made use of the web-hosting he has received among the contest prizes to create an UnrealSP-hosted official site for his ambitious modding project FireStorm. Check out the delicious information!
On a side note, a few forum tweaks have been made. Users of Internet Explorer 8 and above now receive the full benefits of the forum theme translucency, while for IE7 and below the opacity changes are entirely turned off due to performance concerns. A bunch of other tweaks like higher visibility for the thread pagination have also been made. If there's still something you find lacking about the forum design, do not hesitate to post or write me about it!

Final Worlds review is perfect. 5% was the score I was going to give to it.

Also I might install 227 just for Firestorm.
Looks like I'm going to review the big packs since it's really something I always wanted to do.

Wow, I was actually considering reviewing Cherokee Base myself, as I recall liking the scale a lot. Then it turns out to be one of the maps Delacroix did (also, the second screenshot in that review seems to be the same as the first).
Edit: I hope I can get the Arachnopolis downloads working; it's one of those maps I've always wanted to check out but that that never seemed to work whatever I tried.

The firestorm site is really great - it's nice to have a mod site that straight-up tells you what weapons, items and creatures you'll be facing rather than what most others are doing and just telling you as little as possible. I have a feeling Firestorm's going to recreate that magic feeling I had when I first played Unreal several times over.

One other thing; Incident at Nali Canyons is a single map and not a small campaign.
Just looked at the Firestorm site; getting a preview of the new content is cool, and the new screenshots are great too (and have a hint of the non-standard geometry of The Triamid Ruins in them).

Congratulations on winning the community vote as well as the competition Turboman, your awesomeness sickens me.
Also, Firestorm hype
Unlike the other large projects (mainly RD) this is sticking to classic Unreal-ness with a few cool changes, mission pack style.
Not that I mind lots of new stuff, it's just good to see the big projects are all bringing something different to the table.
Read the reviews too. Final Worlds review cracked me up, might replay that pack just for ROFLOLs (and self punishment ). I will play the other four soon, likely tomorrow.

I read the headline and just went "Squeeeee!!!"
Time to catch up on all the awesomeness!
Also
It'd be cool to have that fixed soon if it hasn't already considering how perfect the rest of this site is.

I'm interested in what gun delacroix is holding in the cherokee review. Is that the beta enforcer? What on earth is it doing outside of the beta?
edit: random observation: zoras episodes are under the "single maps" category. They count as small campaigns surely.
It's also weird to have a green number sitting amongst the legendary packs at the top of the page for the first time ever

Well, Sana removed my postscriptum from the Cherokee review:
P.S. Please excuse the presence of Beta Automags. I always summon them to replace the regular automag. Forgive my fetish, please.

I still wish that all the latest beta descriptions would be put up.

I stopped writing it. Too long and feels more like an article.
