Developer: Ewan "SteadZ" Steady
Status: Developing
Screenshots:
Synopsis:
3 days ago we received an emergency transmission from a top secret Research & Development facility of vital importance to the Unified Military Systems and Inuit Corporation. Codenamed 'Stealth Claw', this facility is primarily for scientific research to further our position in the universe, however has also been taking advantage of its close proximity to Skaarj territory.
Now, we don't know if this distress call has anything to do with Skaarj involvment, but we can't guarantee that this is just a simple check up; be on your guard. The Skaarj are an unforgiving race and Na Pali is an unforgiving planet, as you know well - Yes - we're sending you back there Clark.
...
Don't start a war.
Features:
18 maps + a playable intro and an outro map
Z-eNzYmE's Alternate Pawns
All new locations
New textures
An original soundtrack (if the time comes that I don't finish the mapping then I will release the soundtrack seperately)
Emitters, static meshes, other 227 stuff
And even more...
Updates:
I have only just resumed work on this, and am currently adapting the story to limit the amount of new "features" required for it.

Uh... Bodega Bay was destroyed in the aftermath of RTNP. That would make Clark a survivor of its crash and negate any Skaarj Battleship confrontation with the already downed Bodega Bay. Any plans on taking this into consideration? (Or maybe making an alternate ending to RTNP?)

Maybe this is a new Bodega Bay. Like a Bodega Bay 2. Or maybe there was 'nuff pieces left to rebuild the Bodega Bay.
If you see this, I was a really dumb and stupid kid. Don't listen to the above.

Captain Clark was on the Bodega Bay when Prisoner 849 destroyed it, but he escaped. This ship is different, but I've not come up with a name yet.

Maybe Berryssea? Bodega Bay might be inspired by Revenge of the Manitou's small town of Bodega Bay, Lake Berryssea is another location from that same novel and just as vital to the plot. Out of the many literary and popcultural examples of Bodega Bay it's not very probable that this is the source of inspiration for the name, but it IS a chance.

It's also a popular vacation spot. I'd know, people around here go there a lot.

Quick Update:
First level is still in progress and the second level is also being worked on. I have some screenies of the Castle of the Nine Lords (featured in the second level), but none of the first level yet.
The entrance to the Castle of the Nine Lords:
The Main Hall:
I will put up pics of the first level soon.
(Sorry for poor lighting in first shot, it's not really that dark).

Time for another update. I took some more screenshots of the second level and also one of the First level, which is under construction again due to the fact that I was not very pleased with it. I have also started work on the fifth level and i will post a screenshot of it soon...
Anyway.
This pic is of a barn in the first level, and it will play a major part.
A better shot of the entrance hall to one of the castles of the nine lords. (There are two.)
And a couple more pics of the castle of the nine lords.
A big thanks to Qtit, who helped me out with the 227 emmiters, I now have them working properly.

I wanted to ask on peoples opinions of dark, hooded figures used in an Unreal mappack:
Should they be used, or should they not?

What the hell man... is this question Of course they should. I can imagine that: Hooded Nali cultists. You have some pretty good ideas there. Like Blood or somethin'.

Right, Hooded Nali Cultists: Check!
I was maybe thinking that the leader could have some sort of Staff of Extraordinary Power and that they were sort of outcast from the Nali society.
So, hooded figures with four arms... this is gonna need serious modelling- and coding - and I can't really do either of those things so...
...basically what I'm saying is that if anyone would be able (and would like) to help out, could you please contact me.
