I've had a package conflict and it's pissing me off. I've decided to edit the map in question to remove the conflict. However I'm not sure how to go about finding and updating the surfaces in the map which reference the package. Any helpful pointers?

Export the map to .t3d before renaming the package, then edit the .t3d file with your favorite text editor. Change any references in the old package to the new package.

ahh, sounds good, cheers. I'm away from Ued right now so can't do it, just yet. Is it really as simple as export, rename, import? Never mucked aorund with t3d before
