Coding/Creating UWindows

So far, in creating a mod menu in-game, I managed to get this far.I have no idea where to look for the attributes I would change, or whether it would be the ModClientWindow or the ModConfigWindow that I should edit. How do I actually change the way this window looks?

There already is a mod menu or is it something different?

I'm trying to make this from scratch. If you click the Mod area on the top bar, it drops down to something i managed to assign a name to, and when I click that, this shows up - nothing. I don't know what the functions are that i'd need to use to actually make it look like any normal window - at the very least, to give the little window a background so that you can't see through it.
