Whenever I go to test a level I'm making in UnrealEd, it says this:
The procedure entry point ?GSecondsPerCycle@@3NA could not be located in the dynamic link library Core.dll.

I've had this error, or at least something similar, before. I think the easiest thing to do is just open the game and load your map from the console.

have you tried switching to opengl in the editor? that seems like a direct3d error, possibly caused by an update that's incompatible with the level.

Open a Stock Unreal map and Check to see if Build>Play Level works for an unedited Stock Unreal map opened in Ued.
If it gives the same message then you know it isn't your map.
It could be that you need to open unreal and recheck the video, set it back to default, or something like that.
