Subject: SMD, No Parent Bone

I want to port CS:S weapons to UT (and U1 if I have time).
So programs I used is the famous Milkshape 3D and Kratisto's MDL decompiler v1.2.

After I import all the reference models and animations, I export the model in PSK, PSA format.
But as soon I check the model in Mesh Viewer in editor, no model is seen, completely invisible. And I think I know reason is that there is no parent bone or joint which controls its child bones.

So in above image, the hands have its own parent bone and the gun has its own.
I want to add a bone which controls both hands as well as the gun.

I wonder how Gizzy added a root_bone in his CSWeapons227 mod.
Because when I load the CS:CZ models in MS3D, there is no root_bone.

Any help??

For some odd reason I guess it's because the gun and hands are actually 2 separate models.
But that's just me.

I know this would be easy in 3D Studio, but as to Milkshape, no idea.
