Subject: Polishing map looks

I've been getting back into Unreal modding lately, and I've noticed that architecture alone isn't quite enough to make a map look great and/or up to modern standards - polishing requires a heavy fit of custom meshes and texture packs, neither of which I own as I'm still pretty much stuck with the standard Unreal set-up of textures, meshes and sounds. Is there a site where I can get hold of custom decorations and, more important, some nifty textures for mapping?
