Did anyone ever figure out how to import WAV sounds in UnrealEd2 as looped instead of one-shot? The only info I could ever find on this matter is here at the bottom of the page:
https://wiki.beyondunreal.com/Legacy:Importing_Sounds

However, I don't have an old copy of SoundForge (does anyone have it?), and I'm not sure if Audacity can set the necessary "flag" to get the sound looped in the editor. This was always a mystery to me. An example is the "GelLoad" sound in UnrealI.u. I was trying to replace it for fun, but any sound I import is not looped. If I export and import the original sound, it IS looped. This tells me the sound file itself is flagged somehow...

Use Wavosaur. Open file, press L, and save.

That worked perfectly! Great program, too. Thank you for the help; you solved a mystery that I never could solve.
