THE CRYSTAL MINE 3

Synopsis: - I will add this later -
Features: Has all elements a good MH map should have!
Notes

This map is NOT designed for single player but for multiplayer with large teams, using a special mutator(Health & Ammo regeneration).

The video looks promising, especially the mine section.
There is one thing which kind of breaks the spell for me (it's personal preference of course) and that's the cilindrical tarydium crystals.There's a fine border between impression and realism and tarydium just doesn't seem right without the angles (the impression of a crystaline structure has gone). The needle-like structure is fine though (and conform with what nature produces).

Anyway, detail is high quality stuff and the whole does make me want to check out the rest of your work :tup:

Temple part in progress:




I have a question.
What is a good 'ceiling' decoration / architexture for temple ceremonies like this? Have you a good idea?
Played Unreal1, Chizra's Temple once again, and could not find much architecture on the ceiling there.\
Building temples is not my strongest skill, you know. Crystalmine2 has HUGE temple, but the ceiling was nothing special.
Any good input for me? \o/

Haha thank you. The sreenshot is a bit dark, but in game everything looks awesome :D .
And yes, these crystals are much better for caves. :D

This 'area / stage' is supposed to be one big crystal reactor, with a water cooled system.
