I will definitely be checking this out! I have always held an interest in custom UT99 models and skins. I think I pretty much have all the best models & skins that were ever released, complete with my own modifications for sounds and voices. If I like these, I will be adding them to my collection of bot teams in Xbots.

Yeah, I pretty much flipped out when I saw these in game. For the most part well done; some animations appear to not have carried over in the conversion, really just the walking while crouching ones. My hat goes off to you, because I know converting from such a high-poly game to UT99 was probably not a piece of cake.
I can't wait to make some custom skins and unleash my, at times unhealthy, wonderment at camouflage
For now, though, the SAS Winter outfit was more than adequate for Frostclaw Outpost in EXU2.

Greetings everyone, this is a repost of the original topic from UT99.org for my modification: xWalterUTChars. You may have already seen information pertaining to the modification, but if not, then here is what is included:
All of the Counter-Terrorist and Terrorist models from the game Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes have been Paris airport limousine service converted to Unreal Tournament. They use their original animation set, have voicepacks and full teamskins. Furthermore, I also rigged three new models to the CZDS skeleton myself, namely the HL2 Combine Soldier, HL2 Super Soldier and HL2 Cop. As before, they also have new teamskins & voicepacks.
The only requirement for the modification is AdvancedModelSupport, which is included in the download for those who do not have it.
Here are some screenshots of the characters in action:
