Yeah, I think Deja Vu -> then Zephon would be a good lineup.. 2 of the best current coop packs for ut (yes I consider Zephon more coop than single player)

PS. I really DON'T recommend ONP. It's coop hell - no weapons to resupply.

I asked what platform people prefer, but sadly the crowd generally chose to ignore the questions in the OP. :S
However since people wish for Deja Vu and Zephon to be played, I guess it is going to be UT Oldskool!

EDIT:
I am looking for server-side tools/mutators with basic admin functions (chat logging, kick(bann)ing, teleporting players) and perhaps to make the co-op game more difficult in case a lot of players shows up. Do you guys have any tips for me?

In Infiltration co-op we use a monster multiplyer, sometimes we deal with a "batalion" of enemies where usually are only few in the original game, also monsters tend to reappear again where we moved through allready, which makes it a necessarity to always cover the back (spice for tactical gameplay). They also often fight with eachother, which is funny, sometimes we reach an area covered with fresh corpses.

Not sure, I think there was another UT monster multiplyer, but as far as I remember it didn't work right, which why the server admin coded this.

CoopWeapRespawner (in 7Bullets) is self explanatory. Granted you could do the same thing w/ admin commands it eliminates the need to do so every map change. KickIdlePlayers may also be useful.

Please make sure to have the newest versions of DEJA VU, 7 BULLETS and PROJECT ZEPHON downloaded until friday!

The server will start on Deja Vu, however players will be able to decide what to play first. Possibly we will only make it through 2 (or less) map packs, but it's better to have all three installed.
Please don't download anything except the trivial mutators from the server, because downloading players will eat quite a lot of bandwidth which I do not possess in professional hosting-grade amounts.

Would that be Zephon with Patch 1.10 and Seven Bullets 1.21?

Deja Vu 2.01 obviously.
