Apparently, characters are 3D everywhere, in cutscenes, too. Stop the video and you'll notice polygons, especially on close-up shots.

I am a chocolate addict, hell, I'm eating some now! I'll eat almost any kind of chocolate. Dove, Cadbury, Hershey's (DERP), some of Russel Stover's, etc.
